The Melting Pot currently has one Connecticut restaurant in Darien, which opened in 2005. Hartford is one of two open markets available in Connecticut, with the other opportunity being the Greater New Haven market.

In a news release, the corporation announced that a franchise agreement has been signed with Denver restaurant owner Allen Hurst, who plans to open a Melting Pot in Little Rock by early 2016.
