The Melting Pot's Best in Glass Beverage Program Wins Multiple Awards

At The Melting Pot® Restaurants, we’re always looking for exciting ways to innovate and make our dining experience more polished and enjoyable for all types of customers. When we launched our new brand evolution, we also launched a growing bar and beverage program designed to offer customers a wide selection of one-of-a-kind cocktails and unique beverage options to accompany their dining experience.

We’re extremely pleased to announce that this beverage program, dubbed the Best in Glass® program, has been recognized with three different industry awards: the 2019 Cheers BevX Award, 2019 VIBE VISTA Award for Best beverage Limited Time Offer, and the Best Adult Alcohol Free Beverage Program! These awards are a testament to the creation, training, execution, and management which have made this beverage program possible, and demonstrate the on-going success that the program has seen in our restaurants around the world.

Created by Paul Brown, our Beverage Manager, the Best in Glass drink recipes are based on authentic recipes for classic cocktails. Brown traveled to Kentucky, the birthplace of the Old Fashioned, and worked directly with Frank Noe, Master Distiller and great-grandson of Jim Beam, to develop two unique recipes for offerings in this program: the Original Old Fashioned and the Modern Old Fashioned. Other cocktails include The Melting Pot Mule, The Freshly Picked Margarita, The Authentic Mai Tai, MP’s G&T (Gin & Tonic), and more.

The program even features non-alcoholic offerings, including The Bee’s Tea, a spirit-free blend of orange juice, honey, lemon, and lavender syrup in iced tea.

In addition to receiving these awards, The Melting Pot and our Best in Glass beverage program were featured on the cover of February’s Cheers Magazine!
