defines the term “Sale” broadly, and includes, our selling,
renting, releasing, disclosing, disseminating, making available, transferring
or otherwise communicating (collectively a “Sale”) of your
personal information to another business or third party for monetary or
other valuable consideration.
If you use an authorized agent to submit your CCPA privacy rights request,
your agent will need to provide a NOTARIZED copy of your written permission
for the agent to act on your behalf with respect to your CCPA privacy
rights. Depending on the CCPA right(s) your agent seeks to exercise on
your behalf, we may contact you, the California resident, directly as
part of our identify verification process. If you are an authorized agent
submitting a request on behalf of a California resident, please mail your
request along with a notarized copy of a power of attorney to act on behalf
of the California resident, which states the California resident’s
