Joining the company in 2014, Bud Culp is responsible for overseeing the franchise development department, legal compliance, and he serves as a member of the board of directors. Bud’s legal responsibilities include management of the Legal department, corporate governance, commercial contracts, FTC and state regulatory compliance, employment, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, and management of outsourced legal counsel. Bud graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Colorado in Boulder and received his Juris Doctor cum laude from Harvard Law School. Bud subsequently received executive education from Boston University Questrom School of Business and Harvard Business School.
