JC’s experience spans executive level operations with Bennigan’s, Ruth’s Chris Steak House, and Roy’s Pacific Rim Cuisine. JC’s brings his passion for building, growing, and improving the profitability, performance, and value of franchise organizations. His experience is hands on expansion of franchise development, cost control, margin optimization, operational excellence, turnarounds and building individual and team leadership.
