Mike joined Front Burner Brands in 2016, as the Vice President of Human Resources. Mike brings 20+ years of experience within a myriad of industries and experience in all facets of human resources including recruiting, performance management, employee relations, policy and procedures implementation, and brand management. Mike completed his Bachelor of Arts & Sciences at University of South Florida, obtained his Senior Professional in Human Resources from Human Resources Certification Institute in 2007, and his Senior Certified Professional certification from the Society of Human Resources Management in 2014.
