Randy joined Front Burner in 2017 as the Vice President of Technology and serves as the strategic leader for the company’s technology department. Randy is charged with defining the strategies and priorities for the technology department and aligning the internal and external resources required to support the franchise system and restaurant support center. Randy’s education and technical certifications range from Chipcom network management and device configurations, ITT CAT 5 Cable certification, ALOHA POS certification, Windows NT/Server/Exchange Server/ SQL Server/IIS/WSUS, AIX Netview, SCO Unix, HTML, Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express for VOIP, and more. Randy has 30+ years in a variety of different industries, including most recently Zoe’s Kitchen and My Fit Foods.
